Vasari Energy Enters Into Agreement with
Suzlon to Develop Wind Projects in India
IRVINE, California & MUMBAI, India, July 10, 2009
Vasari Energy announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with Suzlon, the world’s fifth largest manufacturer of wind turbines, to develop, own and operate two wind energy projects in India with a total capacity of 102 megawatts. The combined value of the projects is $132 million.
Suzlon will be performing EPCM services for the wind facilities as well as project-related infrastructure and Vasari will own and operate the wind energy generating assets.

"We are excited to work with Suzlon to delivery power to the rapidly growing Indian market."
