Thomas Harrington serves as president and chief operating officer. Previously Harrington was group president at Foster Wheeler, one of the largest construction companies in the world, where he was responsible for a wide diversity of the markets the company serves, including Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Mining, Transportation, Life Sciences, Heavy Manufacturing, Advanced Technology, Microelectronics, Commercial, Institutional, Health Care, Water, and Alternative Power.
Harrington is an industry recognized expert in project finance in Europe and the United States, particularly public private partnerships and private finance initiatives. He is a director on the board of many joint ventures, partnerships, and special purpose entities associated with joint execution or non-recourse finance of major infrastructure projects.
Harrington graduated from Texas A&M University with a doctorate of engineering. He holds undergraduate degrees in nuclear engineering. |
