Vasari Capital Partners leads the financing of wind and solar development projects. As a 100% subsidiary of Vasari Energy, Inc., we concentrate entirely on projects with a visible role for Vasari as a service provider. In developing an investment opportunity we act like a third-party investor, i.e. we base our investment decisions on feasible business plans and cooperation with strong partners. We utilize our extensive international project experience and in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the respective markets, facilitating project development by mobilizing Vasari's international network and partners.

Phase 1: Development

Our projects run through four phases of activities: development, investment, construction, asset management. Vasari Capital Partners starts with an in-depth analysis and assessment of the market conditions and project economics by performing a comprehensive risk analysis as well as developing the business plan and project structure.

Vasari Capital Partners bases its investment decisions on a comprehensive risk assessment to judge whether the business plan is robust and feasible. Having established the viability of a project, we will then devise efficient structural and financing solutions, drawing on our thorough understanding of the respective markets.

We pursue the strongest financial strategy for the project, our partners and ourselves. Our team of professionals combines sound financing solutions with solid legal structuring.

We are engaged in developing projects in Central Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Phase 2: Investment

Vasari Capital Partners structures and arranges competitive financing packages. Throughout the process, in-house legal and financial experts work closely with our partners for a successful implementation of the project.

In cooperation with experienced international and local partners, our team has successfully developed more than 15 utility scale energy projects.

During all phases of the project we provide a team of professionals with the right combination of skills in project development and asset management. Our professionals draw on Vasari's proven track record as an engineering technology provider in renewable energy.

Involving Vasari from the start bears significant advantage, such as more cohesive and integrated collaboration among project participants. We also provide strategic management support by being part of the project company's board and/or management team.

Phase 3: Construction

Our team ensures that projects are completed on time and budget and yield adequate returns. Moreover, we pay close attention to all aspects of risk management.

From start to finish and beyond Vasari Capital Partners understands its primary role as project developer and committed investor, helping projects get off the ground and succeed during the development and construction phase as well as during the first few years of operation.

After a few years of successful operations, we are open to divest our shares to existing partners or other interested investors.
