70 MW Vasari Nevada Solar

Project Description

With the populated area of the Amargosa Desert sandwiched between U.S. 95 to the north, and the California border to the south. Amargosa Valley sees more sunshine than most other states. Due to its location and overabundance of sunshine, Vasari Nevada Solar is the perfect site to develop and generate up to 70 MW of solar energy that can be provided into the electrical grid both in Nevada and California. Vasari Energy is carefully and efficiently developing this site to ensure the process is quick and efficient. Spanning over the area of 320 acres, The Vasari Nevada Solar will be able to power 11,480 households while creating zero emissions in the area.

By reducing the amount of harmful carbon dioxides produced each year through other means of power generation. The addition of Vasari Nevada Solar will help Nevada push towards the renewal energy initiative.
